FAQ
Good questions.
Do I need electricity?
Not for heating. The water is heated with wood. Electricity is only needed for hydro massage and LED lights, and a regular outdoor socket is enough.
How long does it take to heat up?
About 2 hours in summer and 3 hours in winter. With insulation and a cover the water stays warm until the next day.
Do you deliver everywhere in Denmark?
Yes, Jutland, Funen and Zealand. Delivery is quoted by postcode and includes placing the tub where you want it.
How do I look after it?
Change the water every few uses, wipe the liner, and oil the wood once a year. WPC cladding needs no oiling at all.
Can I see a tub before I buy?
Yes. Write to us and we will send more photos and videos of the exact model, or arrange a video call from the workshop.
